As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent / Customer Sales Representative / ECO Telesales Advisor / Telemarketer / Energy Sales Advisor / Outbound Calls / Inbound Calls in ECO4 GBIS industry to join our dynamic team and help drive performance. Our office is based in Glasgow.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners, promoting our renewable energy solutions, and booking appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, telesales, and appointment setting within the renewable energy sector i.e. Solar PV, Boiler, Air Source Heat Pumps, Electric Storage Heater, Insulation etc
Your role will be crucial in engaging potential customers, closing sales, and helping grow the business through effective telesales strategies
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound/Inbound calls to potential customers, promoting our energy solutions.
* Become an expert on our services and products, effectively communicating their benefits.
* Handle objections professionally to maximize conversion rates.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in the company's CRM system.
* Confirm survey appointments and manage time changes or cancellations.
* Process customer applications received through advertising platforms, inbound calls, and field sales referrals.
* Verify customer eligibility for funding and discuss available options in a professional manner.
* Book survey appointments for home assessments with the goal of securing funding.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in Telemarketing in the renewable energy sector
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Strong ability to handle objections and convert opportunities into sales.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales success.
