We are seeking an Engagement & Projects Officer to build relationships, gather insight and deliver projects that influence change across the care sector. Position: Engagement & Projects Officer Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 Location: Norwich, Norfolk (Hybrid, approx. 2 days in the office) Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent, subject to funding Closing Date: 17 April 2026 at 9:00am About the role This is a varied and impactful role sitting at the centre of engagement and project delivery. You will work closely with care providers and stakeholders to gather insight, build relationships and turn real experiences into meaningful outputs that help shape decision making across the sector. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with care providers across the region Leading engagement activities such as interviews, surveys and focus groups Gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative insights Producing clear reports, briefings and summaries of findings Planning and delivering projects from inception through to evaluation Working with a wide range of stakeholders including senior leaders About you You will be confident working with people, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable turning insight into practical outputs. You will have: Experience in engagement, outreach or stakeholder focused roles Strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to gather, interpret and present data and insights clearly Experience of project coordination or delivery Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload Other roles you may have experience of could include: Project Officer, Engagement Officer, Stakeholder Engagement Officer, Community Engagement Officer, Partnerships Officer, Programme Coordinator, Insight Officer
