About the role
12. This is a part-time role (25 hours per week)

14. The base location for this role is Greggs Gosforth Park Supply site
What you'll do
As Supplies Administrator you will
15. Provide general administration and reception support
16. Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence
17. Schedule meetings & manage calendars
18. Update internal systems as required
19. Cash Handling and maintain accurate financial records
20. Support the site with ad-hoc events and projects
About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:
21. You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels
22. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
23. Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace
24. Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
25. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
26. Strong administrative and organisational skills
27. IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
28. Strong numerical and analytical skills
29. You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
30. Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
