As a Playworker, your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of the people you are supporting. You will play an active role in the set-up, delivery, and development of recreational activities, engaging children in creative play and managing suitable activities for different ages and interests.

This job is for you if you have:
* Knowledge and experience of facilitating indoor and outdoor play opportunities and leading recreational activities
* A demonstrable understanding of, and experience in, the value of play and working with children and young people with disabilities
* A proven ability to work in a flexible and creative manner, both individually and as part of a team
* Knowledge and experience of facilitating young people’s social activities
