This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with strong progression opportunities into more specialist Purchase Order and finance administration roles. The Role You will support a busy team responsible for raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices across the organisation. This role involves a mixture of administration, inbox management, and liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure invoices and Purchase Orders are processed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Managing a shared inbox and responding to basic enquiries Sending invoices to internal teams for approval Chasing approvals via email and phone where required Uploading approved invoices to internal systems Supporting the team with general administrative tasks Maintaining accurate records using Excel and internal systems About You We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
