Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on Production Team Leader to take ownership of day-to-day production performance and ensure the smooth, efficient running of our production plants.This is a pivotal role on the shop floor, focused on driving productivity, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering consistent output across Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost.Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs seamlessly, removing barriers, and embedding a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.The RoleAs a Production Team Leader, you will be at the heart of the operation, actively leading from the front to ensure production flows efficiently and targets are consistently achieved.You will take ownership of performance on shift, ensuring that standards are upheld, issues are resolved quickly, and teams are working effectively to maximise productivity.
