We're building an AI platform that lets anyone — even non-technical users — create powerful automations by chatting with AI. Our mission: democratize automation, eliminate busywork, 10x productivity, and help people focus on what matters.
We are a research and product company defining the frontier of workflow automation. We began in 2024 by working on AI reasoning to design systems capable of generating and orchestrating backend workflows. This research led to solutions for the ARC-AGI benchmark alongside François Chollet (inventor of Keras) and Mike Knoop (co-founder of Zapier), featured in the ARC Prize 2024 report.
While creating frontend UIs by chat is becoming common, there were no solutions enabling non-technical users to build automations. Users were either stuck on visual no-code tools or forced to do tasks manually. Our goal is to redefine how automations are ideated, built, deployed, and scaled: what used to require engineering teams can now be done by individuals for their small business or team function.
In September 2025, we launched an all-in-one platform for non-technical users to create automations by chatting with AI. The platform is AI and chat-native, lowering barriers to entry while increasing what can be built. We are reshaping the workflow automation market, empowering anyone to build and improve automations with usage.
Your Role
As a Product Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and design, owning features from concept to production. You'll translate user insights into tangible, delightful product experiences with AI, while contributing to both the technical and product strategy.
Core Responsibilities
:
* Own the development of new product features end-to-end, from user insights to production. Examples include improving the chat experience and building tools for AI-driven workflows.
* Conduct and participate in user research to understand pain points and translate qualitative insights into ready-to-ship solutions.
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to create experiences that bring users value and joy.
* Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and shaping the roadmap.
Requirements

* You are a self-starter, work autonomously, and prioritize impact and learning.
* You are user-first, empathize with problems, and balance pragmatism with attention to detail.
For this role, we requiere
* 2-5 years experience in engineering or product-first roles.
* Strong experience with TypeScript,, (NextJS, React Motion, Tailwind, and Radix are a plus).
* Comfortable working across the stack while focusing on product-level impact.
* Experience in startups or zero-to-one phases, collaborating with ambitious, kind teammates.
* Strong interest in AI/ML and agentic systems.
* Strong software engineering experience: comfortable with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python ideally, or ).
* Strong SEO experience: ideating and executing initiatives including programmatic SEO, content marketing, and keyword research.
* Strong quantitative acumen and user empathy: understanding funnel metrics, activation, retention curves, conversion signals, and ability to decrease "time-to-value."
* Experience designing and running A/B tests that drive inbound and optimize conversion rates.
* Experience with performance marketing optimization.
