We are a thriving business based in Melbourn, Royston Hertfordshire. Due to continued expansion we are now in the market for a well organised Project Administrator to join our busy and industrious team. This is a full-time role with no hybrid option.
The main purposes of the role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the project delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in line with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
* Support Project Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Maintain and update project documentation (e.g. drawings etc)
* Monitor project progress and provide updates to the team
* Assist with coordinating start dates, logistics, and resource requirements
Documentation & Compliance
1. Prepare and issue relevant documentation to the teams
