Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity in the vibrant borough of Walsall? We are currently recruiting for a motivated individual to join our team as a Psychology Teacher on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons, in line with the curriculum guidelines.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and critical thinking.
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and enhance the Psychology curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior.
Provide guidance and support to students, promoting their personal and academic development.
Stay updated with the latest psychological research and incorporate relevant teaching strategies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Degree in Psychology or a related field.
Experience teaching Psychology at the secondary school level.
Comprehensive knowledge of the UK Psychology curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
