About The Role
We are looking for empathetic and positive individuals to join us as Student Success Coaches. This online role focuses on student wellbeing, motivation, and goal-setting, supporting young people not only with their studies but also with their personal growth.
As a Student Success Coach, you will help students overcome academic stress, improve focus, and develop strong organisation and study skills through flexible online sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals.
* Teach effective study habits, time management, and mindset strategies.

Requirements
* No formal coaching experience required.
