What’s involved?
As a Chef De Rang you will:
* Manage your own section in the restaurant, delivering an elevated guest experience.
* Work closely with the Head Waiter and kitchen team to uphold exacting service standards.
* Showcase your knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and wines to guide guests through their dining journey.
* Maintain a polished, professional demeanour at all times and be a true ambassador for the establishment.
* Show a keen interest and ability to learn about new dishes and ingredients.
Candidates must have good references and a proven track record in fine dining service in 5* or Rosette environments.
