Responsibilities
* As a Sales Operations Executive you will provide an excellent customer experience through the accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
* You will assist the internal sales function by providing accurate quotations to support the sales cycle to achieve both team & company targets.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
* Daily order loading including any electronic order processing.
* Supporting all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.
* Prioritising own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.
* Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
* Developing strong relationships with Internal Sales.
* Escalating any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Manager
