The Role As the Head of Marketing Programs Operations (all genders), you will lead the strategic and operational backbone of our global marketing operations engine. This role is pivotal in scaling our go-to-market execution, optimizing marketing performance, and enabling cross-functional alignment across regions and business units. You will build and lead a high-performing team responsible for campaign operations – from program automation, to content creation, design, best practices across marketing technology, data governance, and performance analytics—ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient, measurable, and impactful, working closely aligned with Lucanet’s revenue operations teams across systems optimization, ARR marketing performance reporting, amongst other core business KPIs. What you'll do GTM Programs operations strategy and Enablement Lead the global GTM marketing operations strategy, aligning with business priorities and regional needs. Standardize campaign planning, execution, and measurement processes to ensure consistency and scalability. Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and regional teams to translate strategy and activation programs into execution-ready programs that align to best-practices. Develop and maintain campaign playbooks, templates, and enablement resources to accelerate speed to market. Marketing Technology & Data Infrastructure Own the global marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, 6sense, Zoom), ensuring seamless integration and optimal usage, working in close alignment with revenue operations teams for optimization and broader business alignment. Drive innovation through the adoption of AI tools, automation, and personalization technologies. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across all marketing systems and platforms. Performance Analytics & Reporting Build unified dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and channel performance, including close alignment with revenue operations on Marketing contribution to pipeline reporting. Implement lead scoring, lifecycle tracking, and attribution models in collaboration with sales and revenue operations. Deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a global team of marketing programs operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Collaborate closely with sales, revenue operations, product, IT, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across the full customer journey. Manage agency and vendor relationships to support campaign execution and technology delivery. What you bring to the table Experience: 10 years in marketing operations, campaign execution, or GTM strategy roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech environments. Leadership: Proven experience leading global teams and building scalable operational frameworks. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, and analytics tools. Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into operational plans with measurable outcomes. Analytical Expertise: Strong command of data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization. Project Management: Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
