Role
Customer Onboarding Manager for a leading EdTech SaaS company. Fully remote (UK based). You will own the onboarding process for multiple schools at any given time, and support coordinating data migration and training schedules.

Responsibilities
* Own the onboarding process for multiple schools at any given time
* Coordinate data migration activities
* Coordinate and schedule customer training
* Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure customer success metrics are achieved
Qualifications
* Software as a service (SaaS) – essential
* Experience with CRMs and ability to interpret data for schools
* Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets and related tools
* Experience in EdTech – desirable
Duration: Initial 6 months
