I’m working with a growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice that’s built its reputation on doing things differently, focusing on people, relationships and genuinely helping clients move forward.
This isn’t your typical accounts role. You won’t be buried in year-end files, you’ll be working directly with business owners, helping them understand their numbers and make better decisions.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of SME clients, acting as their main point of contact and leading client meetings.
Your focus will be on adding value through conversations around:
* Cashflow and business performance
* Profit improvement
* Growth and planning
* Tax-efficient decision making
Compliance work is largely handled internally, so your role is about reviewing, interpreting and advising — not producing.
You’ll also be supported by a strong internal team across tax, commercial advisory and technology, meaning you’re never on your own when it comes to more complex areas.
Who this would suit
This role is ideal for someone currently working in practice who enjoys client interaction and wants more of it.
You’ll likely be:
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or close to qualifying)
* At Senior Accountant level and ready to step up
* Keen to move into a more advisory-focused role
