As a Care Assistant, You’ll
* Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you support
* Help with daily routines, personal care, and developing life skills
* Support independence through activities, outings, and community involvement
* Celebrate progress – big and small – every step of the way
* Take part in fun, engaging experiences like train rides, trampoline parks, and local trips
* Work closely with your team to provide consistent, person‑centred care
