Project Lead for Capital and Special Revenue
We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to develop and deliver capital and special revenue projects, focusing on improving site capabilities and process efficiencies.
* The successful candidate will manage multi-discipline engineering development and/or delivery of project activities across all bottling sites not covered by the normal maintenance teams.
* Responsibilities include developing comprehensive engineering expertise, addressing current plant issues, replacement requirements, capacity increases, productivity improvements, health & safety, and environmental initiatives.
* This role requires delivering project implementation that creates an optimal and sustainable future plant/infrastructure setup and value-added engineering practices.
* The Project Lead will identify and quantify development plans into Site Master plans, OBU 5-years, and relevant budgets with justification.
* Key responsibilities also include contributing to project prioritization exercises and managing projects to be progressed, detailing project concept and approach, conducting financial analysis, identifying potential suppliers, tendering for best overall costs, and fine-tuning chosen options.
Additionally, this role involves ensuring project delivery in line with health, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements, providing detailed information for post-project capital reviews, and implementing process frameworks and developing detailed process documentation.

Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical, Controls, or Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
* Experience in capital and special revenue project management.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver complex engineering projects.
* Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
