Main duties of the job
The Maxillofacial Lead will provide a visible, credible, and accessible senior presence to theatre staff, the wider multidisciplinary team, and patients and their families, offering assistance while role modeling the trust values.
You will demonstrate compliance with administrative and clinical systems, using resources efficiently to support the workforce in delivering quality care and an enhanced patient experience in line with the trust's strategic objectives.
You will have a strong background in engaging teams to achieve high safety and quality standards and demonstrate a robust clinical background in maxillofacial surgery.
You will be proficient in working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of learning from qualitative and quantitative data.

Job responsibilities
The Theatre Specialist Clinical Leader is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing/allied health professional services and care within theatres. This includes providing professional and managerial leadership and ensuring clinical governance processes are embedded within the area.

Qualification
* Registered Practitioner - Diploma, Degree, or Masters
* Theatre experience with accredited training

* Experience working in complex/challenging NHS settings
