Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across various subjects and age groups.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and adapt them as needed.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
* Provide feedback to students on their progress and achievements.
* Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
* Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Enhanced DBS check.
* Knowledge of the national curriculum and relevant teaching methods.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
Prior experience working as a teacher or educator, preferably in a classroom setting.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education.
* Experience working as a supply teacher in a similar setting.
Working Conditions:
* Work in school environments following the academic calendar.
* Potential for short notice assignments and flexibility in scheduling.
* Collaborate with different teaching staff and adapt to various classroom settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
