Job Description
We are seeking an individual with mechanical aptitude who is eager to train as a Motor Repair Technician.
Responsibilities include:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot various types of electric motors, including AC and DC motors.
2. Disassemble motors to assess and identify issues with components.
3. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty motor parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
4. Conduct tests to evaluate repaired motors for functionality, efficiency, and safety.
5. Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and manufacturer specifications throughout the repair process.
6. Maintain accurate records of motor repairs, parts used, and testing results.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Requirements:
* Proven mechanical ability.
* Ability to stand, bend, squat, lift, and carry for extended periods.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime and weekends.
* Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
* Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug tests.
Starting pay depends on experience and includes full benefits.
