Hours:Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:30am–5:30pm (occasional evenings)
Location:Brighton & Hove (based at St Peter’s Brighton)
Contract:Permanent

As Centre Manager, you’ll lead our passionate coaching team, build partnerships across the city, and ensure the Spear Programme delivers exceptional results for young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Developa small team of coaches, fostering a strong, positive culture.
* Build Partnershipswith referral agencies, local businesses, donors, and volunteers.
* Oversee Programme Deliveryensuring excellence in group sessions and 1:1 support.
* Recruit Traineesthrough local outreach and community engagement.
About You
* Experience in coaching, training, teaching, or youth work.
* Confident building relationships with people from all walks of life.
* Organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities.
* Comfortable using data to measure and improve impact.
