Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Crewe, Cheshire | Hybrid (Remote considered)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
We're looking to add an experienced IT Support Engineer to our team as we continue to grow our technical delivery capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking IT services business, where you'll have real ownership of your work and the chance to lead on exciting client projects across cloud and infrastructure. This position will give you access to a lot of project work which will include field work so you will be expected to travel within this position.
This role is key to the design, deployment, and support of modern cloud-first solutions-particularly across Microsoft Azure, Intune, and hybrid infrastructure. You'll work closely with our clients to help shape and deliver their digital transformation journeys, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality technical solutions and presentations to clients
* Deploying and supporting a range of cloud and infrastructure technologies both remotely and on-site
* Leading or contributing to Azure migration and hybrid cloud projects
* Implementing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 enterprise mobility tools
* Working directly with clients and internal teams to scope and define solutions that meet real business needs
* Contributing to the evolution of our technical services offering using modern best practices
* Staying up to date with certifications and vendor technologies
* Creating clear and accurate documentation, including low-level designs, implementation plans, and proposals
* Supporting pre-sales conversations with technical consultancy where required
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in a similar role, ideally in a cloud-first or hybrid infrastructure environment
* Proven hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
* Strong background in networking, virtualisation, and modern IT infrastructure
* Solid understanding of IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS architectures
* Ability to evaluate new technologies and bring them into our stack where they add value
* Excellent communication, documentation, and client engagement skills
* A structured, process-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical outcomes with client goals
