Key Responsibilities
As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth operation of the department and ensure all accommodation is maintained.
10. Lead, organise and support the housekeeping team day-to-day
11. Ensure all accommodation units are cleaned and prepared for arriving guests
12. Recruit, train and develop team members
13. Create efficient staff rotas to support operational needs
14. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where required
15. Manage departmental budgets and contribute to management reporting
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys leading teams and maintaining excellent operational standards.
16. Previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation management role
17. Experience managing teams and departmental budgets
18. Confident using Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
19. Full UK driving licence required
20. Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
