The Role
As our new SEN Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
* Inspiring and motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations.
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and professionals to uphold a high standard of education.
* Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to all stakeholders.
* Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
* Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Adhering to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
* Successful experience in SEN teaching.
* A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success.
All successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check, with costs covered by Polaris Community.
