* Vocational Excellence: Lead on the delivery of BTEC Tech Awards and National Levels (or equivalent), ensuring all coursework and internal assessments meet high moderation standards.
* Practical Application: Use real-world case studies and legislation, such as the Equality Act and Care Act, to deepen students' understanding of professional standards.
* Engagement: Foster links with local Ealing care providers and health services to provide students with contemporary insights into the sector.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
