Senior Pay and Conditions Officer Local Authority Stoke Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Hybrid Role 6 Month Contract £350pd Umbrella £308.72ph PAYE Inclusive or £275.42 PAYE Exclusive Job Purpose To provide an effective pay, conditions and pensions service ensuring the timely and accurate processing of information in to the HR/payroll system and third party systems. Main responsibilities To provide pro-active professional HR, pension and payroll support, advice and guidance to managers, employees/clients including but not limited to employee relations, welfare and pensions and pay and conditions issues. To ensure that all contractual, statutory and pension changes including those related to commencements, auto enrolment, terminations and changes in terms and conditions are correctly and accurately processed through appropriate systems to achieve deadlines. To liaise, make enquiries with and respond to all requests for relevant information from employees, internal and external clients, pension authorities, government agencies and other external organisations using all communication methods available. To supervise to ensure that employment documentation is completed and sent out within deadlines by the Pay & Conditions Officers.
