Supply Teacher Flexible teaching work Term time only Mainstream or SEN opportunities Based in Gloucester Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities to work around your schedule, we are an independent agency that works with schools all across the South West. We are looking for teachers who are: Have PGCE/ QTS or QTLS At least 2 years teaching experience Have an excellent knowledge on the UK curriculum Empathic, caring and positive attitude Ability to plan lessons if the need arises Confidence to lead lessons Experience or knowledge of SEN Can manage the classroom What supply work involves: Educate and mentor students in various subjects and areas of study Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Communicate regularly with senior leadership team or other teacher regarding student progress, if you are on longer term supply booking Provide tutoring and additional support to students who require extra assistance Implement special education accommodations and modifications as needed for students with diverse learning needs Within the classroom you will be supported by TA’s, who will be able to manage behaviour and work 1:1 with those who need the extra support. With flexible supply, you will liaise with your consultant to note your availability, where we can book you accordingly.
