Job Title: Service Co-Coordinator

Location: Head Office

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: Service Manager

Salary: 30K

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Service Co-Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service operations, managing customer requests, scheduling field staff or technicians, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for service requests via phone, email, or internal systems.
* Schedule and dispatch service technicians or field staff in response to customer needs.
* Monitor service delivery to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and outcomes using company CRM or service management systems.
* Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, parts, sales) to ensure smooth service operations.
* Track and order required parts or equipment for service jobs.
* Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
* Prepare reports for management on service performance, job status, and team productivity.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Provide administrative support to the service department as needed.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (preferably in a service-based industry).
* Experience working with CRM or field service software is desirable.

Working Conditions:

* Office-based
* Normal working hours 9am-5pm; may require occasional flexibility depending on service demands.
