This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional seeking a part-time HR role in Glasgow with a flexible schedule. Youll work across key areas including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and TUPE processes, making a real impact on both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle
Advise managers on performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters
Support TUPE transfers, ensuring full legal and policy compliance
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal teams on best practices
Contribute to HR reporting, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You: Proven experience as an HR Advisor (ideally within professional services or corporate settings)
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and UK employment law
Confident handling TUPE, restructures, and absence management
Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
