Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and portfolio management.
2. Advising residential landlords on all aspects of tenancies, including possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, dilapidation issues, and enforcement of covenants.
3. Providing clear guidance on property rights, obligations, and potential disputes.
4. Working proactively to deliver solutions-focused, commercially aware advice.
5. Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
About You
6. Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE preferred, but strong candidates at other levels will be considered).
7. Strong experience in both commercial and residential property law.
8. Confident in managing your own caseload and working independently.
9. Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
10. Able to build strong rapport with a broad client base, from individual landlords to seasoned commercial investors.
