Field Sales Executive

Our client is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join their growing Accountancy Team. This is a fully remote role with occasional field-based client meetings, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to focus on new business growth within a supportive, high-energy sales environment.
The Role
* Fully remote working with field-based client meetings
* Flexible location; territories to be confirmed
* Approximately one face-to-face meeting per month
* Meetings are often grouped together, with overnight stays rarely required
* £4,000 car allowance (candidates must be drivers)
The Team
You will join an established accountancy team of nine, operating within a collaborative and supportive culture. The team is known for its charismatic, high-energy approach, where individuals actively learn from and support one another to achieve success.
Experience
* Previous industry experience is essential (training capacity is limited)
* Sales experience
* Proven multi-product selling experience
* Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong ability to understand, diagnose, and respond to client business needs

* Confident, charismatic, and commercially driven
* Highly target-focused with a strong desire to succeed
* Comfortable taking calculated risks to win new business
Targets & Performance
* Average deal sizes between £800 and £15,000
* Expected monthly pipeline of £40,000
* Monthly sales target of approximately £20,000
* Annual target in the region of £250,000
* Strong emphasis on new business acquisition (renewals are not a core focus)
