Customer Service Assistant

Our stores are open from early in the morning to late at night, so a flexible approach is essential. No two days are the same and our Customer Service Assistants enjoy working at a fast pace, doing a variety of tasks from making breakfast rolls through to filling the shelves. As Customer Service Assistant your priority is making sure our customers have a great experience every time they visit the store, through friendly service, great product availability and first-class hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve products as required, which could include raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and foods containing allergens.
* Work on your feet for long periods and undertake tasks such as lifting, stock merchandising, and cleaning.
* Help ensure customers have a great experience through friendly service, product availability, and hygiene standards.
* Adapt to a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of store duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Enthusiasm, a passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills.
* Training will be provided; experience in a sales or retail environment is advantageous.
* Previous knowledge of food safety practices is desirable.
