Overview

CNX Recruitment is proud to be working with a growing construction contractor to recruit an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support their thriving construction business based in Barnet.


Key Responsibilities

* Establish, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures
* Develop and manage document control processes for construction projects
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant
* Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders
* Oversee general office management, including supplies, facilities, and support staff
* Manage filing systems (both digital and physical) to ensure easy access and audit readiness
* Support health & safety documentation and compliance processes
* Assist with reporting, project tracking, and internal communications
* Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency


About You

* Proven experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrator role within the construction industry
* Strong experience implementing admin systems and document control processes
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Ability to work independently xlqdzyr and take initiative
* Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and compliance requirements is essential
