Customer Relations Coordinator - Homefix 30-37 Hours Per Week Circa 31,000 per annum Horsham, West Sussex Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for you to join our HomeFix team as a Customer Relations Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for HomeFix customers with complaints or complex repair issues, you ll play a vital role in ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You ll be the voice of empathy and resolution, working closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to provide clear communication and effective solutions. In this role, you ll support the HomeFix team by drafting formal communications, attending resident meetings, and visiting properties to understand issues firsthand. You ll analyse data to spot recurring problems, suggest solutions, and collaborate with trade teams to promote continuous improvement. Ideally, you would work 37 hours Monday to Friday, but we are happy to discuss working less hours (minimum 30 hours per week) over four or five days if this works better for you. To be successful in this role you will need to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability adapt your style for a range of audiences Proficient letter-writing skills, including the ability to draft clear, professional, and empathetic communications to customers. Experience working in a customer service environment, with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. The ability to confidently and professionally handle difficult conversations, solve problems and resolve complaints in a timely manner Strong IT skills with experience using a CRM system and MS office. A full UK driving license and access to own vehicle. A commitment to demonstrating behaviours that align with Saxon Weald s values.
