Contract: Permanent Post Start Date: November 3rd 2025 - as soon as possible Reports To: Assistant Headteacher Liaises with: Class Teachers & Assistant Headteachers About the Role We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor Assistant (MDA) to join our dedicated team. The role is vital in supporting pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring they are safe, happy and engaged, both in the dining hall and the playground. As an MDA, you will help children enjoy a positive lunchtime experience by: Supporting them during their meal, encouraging good table manners, healthy eating, and social skills. Supervising play, promoting fun, active, and inclusive activities in line with the school’s OPAL outdoor play programme that reflect our school’s values. Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times, including basic first aid (training provided). Maintaining high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s ethos. You will work under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher and as part of a supportive and friendly team.
