The Education Academy within Bart’s Health is expanding to meet increasing educational needs. The role involves developing educational opportunities for trainees across various medical specialties, supporting simulation-based training, clinical skills, lectures, and bedside teaching. The post offers opportunities for cross-site collaboration, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate education, and pursuing further qualifications such as PG Cert in Education or ILM3 (Leadership & Management) with funding support.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Simulation Lead and Associate Director of Simulation to meet educational goals and will be responsible for their personal development plan.

Qualifications
* MBBS
* ALS
* MRCP
* Higher Medical audit relevant to stage of training e.g., MRCP/FRCA
Experience
* Clinical background in GIM/Acute Medicine
* Experience in delivering education, preferably inter-professional
* Expert clinical skills & ability to work beyond traditional boundaries
* Research, publications, or presentations experience
* NHS clinical experience
Knowledge
* Foundation & Core Programme Completion
* Basic educational theory
* Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
