About the role
You will work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities may include assisting at the tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop. Specifically, you will:
1. Help customers feel at ease by listening, answering questions, offering advice, and making small but impactful gestures.
2. Promote in-store offers and schemes to enhance customer experience.
3. Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing product displays, operating tills efficiently, and assisting with stock management.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided. We are looking for candidates who:
* Thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment
* Communicate effectively and listen well
* Enjoy teamwork and collaboration
* Understand the importance of small details in customer interactions
* Take pride in representing the Boots brand and helping customers find suitable products
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in customer care and service (not essential)
