This role is ideal for someone experienced in QMS documentation or quality administration who is ready to take ownership of internal audits and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards Lead or support internal audits across departments Assist with external audits involving customers, suppliers, or certification bodies Monitor and track non-conformances, corrective actions, and improvements Prepare, update, and control quality procedures, policies, and work instructions Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1 year in Quality Administration / QMS / Document Control Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (essential) Internal Auditor qualification (preferred) Exposure to ISO 14001 / ISO 22000 is advantageous Skills & Attributes Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicating with different departments and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work independently and proactively Working Hours: Monday
