Clinical Manager - MRI
The Clinical Manager for MRI Band 8a AFC will lead our imaging team across UHDB, the Community Diagnostic Centres, and mobile pads, ensuring high quality, patient‑focused MRI services.
Responsibilities
* Operational leadership of an MRI department, ensuring high quality and responsive service across UHDB.
* Lead and develop the dedicated Imaging Team, managing change and promoting continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with clinical managers of other modalities, senior management, clinical and administrative teams.
* Effective communication with senior staff, negotiation and influence at a senior level.
* Engage with and develop team members, promoting professional and clinical growth.
