About the role
We are excited to invite the right person to join Northamptonshire Children's Service as part of our Legal Case Progression Team. You will work 2 days a week alongside the part-time post holder, and together be responsible for driving forward case progress where legal intervention is required. To succeed, you must be an experienced, qualified social worker with expert knowledge in childcare legislation, court work, and the ability to quality assure work to a high standard.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for maintaining our legal trackers and providing support, guidance, and constructive challenge across the Trust. You will also collaborate with the judiciary and other stakeholders to improve the quality and timeliness of legal proceedings.

About Us
Northamptonshire Children's Trust was established in November 2020 to deliver Children's Services to the newly formed North and West Northants County Councils.
