Pay Rate: £43,539.08
Contract Type: Secondment - 6 Months
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off rotational, 12 hour shifts
Location: Gatwick - RH6 0JW

We're seeking a Front of House Allocator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
* Allocation of all Front line colleagues, ensuring all tasks are covered and any shortfalls are relayed to managers
* Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance
* Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers' journey positively memorable
* Consistently delivering the highest customer service
* Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence
* Ensuring colleagues are clocked in on time and flagging noncompliance
* Pre-allocation for the next day ensuring all static tasks are allocated for the following days FW
* Working well under intense pressure while maintaining a consistent approach to colleague requests
* Managing on the day absence via phone
* Clear and concise communication with your; SM, FLM and Pier Leads
* Being accountable for any delays directly attributed to allocation
* Manual allocation of flights and ability to manage staff and flights via MayFly and Radio
* Ability to go out and assist on bag drop and airside where required during shift cross-over Am/PM
* Management of all equipment on the day (PDA,PDQ,BWC,RADIOS), tracking items not returned and planning in follow up with colleagues
* Accountable for supporting the operation team to achieve KPI's linked directly to allocation of resource and skills?

* MUST HAVE PREVIOUS AVIATION EXPERIENCE
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
* Be able to provide five years address history
* Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
* To obtain a full airside ID
