Job Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage network and security programs, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of network and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
* Lead and manage multiple network and security programs from inception to completion.
* Develop program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Technical Expertise:
* Provide technical leadership and guidance on Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies.
* Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network and security solutions.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables.
* Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
* Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Risk Management:
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and report on program progress, addressing any deviations from the plan.
Continuous Improvement:
* Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in network and security technologies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience in program management, with a focus on network and security.
* Proven experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies.
* Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
* Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), or Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) certification is a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
