We have an Area Manager opportunity with an exciting multichannel retailer. You will ensure the smooth operation of stores within your region by implementing best employee practice, improve customer shopping experience, encourage a team-driven environment and meet financial targets. You will deliver excellent service and retail standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Set and communicate sales targets
2. Evaluate existing operation and develop strategies
3. Train and collaborate with store managers in effective sales and supervisor techniques
4. Monitor performance standards
5. Drive success through achieving KPI’s
6. Maintain corporate image
7. Recruit and develop store teams
