We are currently recruiting a full-time Administrator to provide excellent customer service for our Responsive Repairs department. As a member of our administration team, you will ensure the delivery of a service in relation to housing repairs service. The role will involve liaising with various people, including customers of the service and therefore you should take pride in your work and have a commitment to high standards of customer service. Experience in dealing with customers directly by phone is essential, with good all round administration background and the ability to grasp and develop efficient work processes. This role is Full time at 37 hours per week All roles will be entitled to a generous annual leave entitlement. Our employees receive 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 5 years continuous service. Plus, all bank holidays.
