Responsibilities include:
1. Leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen runs effectively and safely.
2. Overseeing stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and pass operations to uphold 5-star standards.

What you'll bring
* Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, eager to advance your career
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills
* A proactive work ethic, leading from the front
* Relentless drive to overcome challenges
* Knowledge of KPIs, decision-making in absence of Head Chef, labour, stock, and food safety
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, recruitment, HR
* Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen staff
