A Dental Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. They are responsible for greeting patients, managing appointment bookings, handling phone and email enquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves processing payments, coordinating with the dental team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
