* 2+ years' experience in a high‑end, fast‑paced hospitality environment in a People & Culture/HR role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Home Office regulations
* Experience in ER management, policy development, HR systems, and project management
* Ability to manage complex employee relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and more
* Experience with payroll processes and Tronc (essential)
