This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of a new residential community, where you'll be responsible for delivering a seamless lettings process and ensuring a first-class resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of lettings administration, compliance, and marketing. Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and overseeing tenancy paperwork. Coordinating online marketing campaigns and reporting on leasing performance. Supporting the General Manager with leasing strategy and rent analysis. Working with the Resident Experience team to build a vibrant community through communication and events. Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to move-out. What we're looking for: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lettings, leasing, or customer-facing roles.
