* Shape architecture and technical strategy with senior stakeholders
* Support and guide delivery teams to ensure robust implementation
* Contribute to bids, proposals, and ongoing practice improvement

* Strong experience in technical leadership and architecture
* Expertise in engineering, DevOps, Azure, networks or data
* Ability to influence, communicate, and solve complex problems
* Comfortable operating strategically and hands‑on
