We're working with a growing manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and champion all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality compliance. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping policies, processes, and systems that drive excellence across the business, while fostering a proactive culture of safety, quality, and sustainability.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys making a real impact and influencing positive change at all levels of an organisation.
What’s involved for the HSEQ Manager
* Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSEQ policies and procedures.
* Lead ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure full regulatory compliance.
* Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
* Investigate non-conformances, lead root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
* Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
* Analyse performance metrics and trends to proactively enhance HSEQ performance.
* Organise and maintain training programmes and records, including health & safety inductions.
* Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices, recommending improvements.
What you\'ll need
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proven experience in HSEQ/SHEQ management.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Deep understanding of relevant legislation and industry regulations.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Willingness to travel to sites as required.
* Experience working within manufacturing is ideal
